Job summary

Nivoda is hiring for an on-site US-based role in its NYC area office. You will quality check diamonds and gemstones, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure orders move swiftly through the Nivoda platform.

You will liaise with suppliers, assist customer support on shipping questions, and help maintain smooth daily operations of the local office. A strong focus on accuracy and integrity is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on diamond/gemstone experience or GIA certification.
• Experience in stock control of high-value products.
• Familiarity with courier services and tracking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of diamonds and gemstones.
• Receive shipments and mark as received in the system.
• Repack and forward orders with updated labels in the Nivoda platform.
