The Health Center at Standifer Place is seeking a Full-Time Dialysis Transporter (CNA) to assist residents by safely transporting them to in-house dialysis. You will follow universal precautions, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to nursing policies while delivering compassionate care.

Ideal candidates hold a valid CNA license and can read and write for charting, with a pleasant, tactful demeanor and strong teamwork skills. Weekend or holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license to work as a Dialysis Transporter.
• Ability to read and write for center charting requirements.
• Tactful, courteous approach with residents and visitors.

Responsabilités

• Gets residents out of bed and transports them to in-house dialysis.
• Performs assigned tasks and procedures per nursing policies.
• Maintains infection control and sanitation per center guidelines.
• Transports residents safely, reports equipment issues to charge nurse.
• Establishes professional relationships while protecting confidentiality.
