Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a CNA Driver to safely transport residents to medical appointments and other off-site visits, while providing direct CNA care. The role requires active Florida CNA licensure and a clean driving record.

The position supports resident safety, comfort, and dignity during transport and daily care activities, with a full-time schedule from 12 PM to 8 PM. Prior healthcare transport experience is preferred and a compassionate, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no infractions).
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation for residents to appointments and off-site visits.
• Assist residents entering/exiting vehicles, including wheelchair/stretcher transport.
• Secure residents and mobility equipment in transport vehicles per safety protocols.
• Monitor resident condition during transport and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic inspections; report maintenance issues.
• Complete transportation logs and documentation accurately.
• Assist residents with ADLs and mobility as part of daily care.
