St. Francis Rehab and Nursing Center in Worcester, MA is seeking a Dialysis Transportation Liaison / Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time day shift (1:30 pm – 9:30 pm, Monday–Friday). Responsibilities include transporting residents to dialysis, maintaining supplies, and coordinating laundry.

St. Francis Rehab and Nursing Center is a short-term rehab, long term, and skilled nursing care community. We are conveniently located in the hills of Worcester- with on site, free parking. We have exciting news! We have launched 2nd shift anin-house dialysis for our residents!

With our new shift, we will need a full time staff person dedicated to performing transport of residents to and from the residents rooms to the dialysis suite. This is a full time, day position with a schedule of 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm M-F.

The Dialysis Transportation Liaison / Certified Nursing Assistant will perform other, C.N.A. related responsibilities involved in patient care. This includes maintaining dialysis supplies and laundry coordination.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced C.N.A. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications of the Dialysis Transportation Liaison

• A current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of MA
• Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing in the English Language
• Has basic math skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
