Centers for Dialysis Care is seeking a Dialysis Technician Trainee to join our Ohio facilities. We offer a 16-week paid training program and pay you to train in dialysis, with no prior dialysis experience required.

Starting wage for an inexperienced trainee is $17.56 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package, tuition reimbursement, and career development opportunities. Successful completion depends on exams, preceptor guidance, and attendance, leading to a rewarding healthcare career.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent work history
• Patient care or Phlebotomy experience a plus
• Successful completion of college level English, Mathematics, and Science – Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Highly motivated
• Attention to details
• Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule to include both day and evening shifts as needed by the facility

TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

• Sixteen weeks paid formal training
• Weeks 1-4 – Onsite clinical introduction to unit
• Weeks 5-10 – Classroom and onsite clinical instruction
• Weeks 11-16 – Onsite clinical training with preceptor
• Successful completion of training program is dependent on maintaining a 78% cumulative average on exams along with passing clinical competencies
• Excellent attendance record is mandatory
