Benefits That Matter

We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, plus Life Insurance and a 401(k) to help you plan ahead. You’ll also receive Paid Time Off and a competitive hourly rate of $18.00–$21.00.

A Typical Shift

You’ll work onsite at Fox Valley Dialysis (Aurora) for training and Tri-Cities Dialysis (Geneva) once independent, on rotating shifts—mornings, afternoons, or evenings—Monday through Saturday, with occasional overtime or holiday coverage. Your day starts by getting oriented with the schedule and checking in with the clinical team so you know who you’ll be learning alongside. Between patient arrivals and treatment windows, you’ll move through the unit, staying organized, updating documentation in real time, and keeping communication clear and calm. You’ll also make time to ask questions, get feedback, and build confidence as you develop skills in dialysis care and patient support in a fast‑paced, high-performance setting.
