Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Dialysis Technician to support kidney care services. You will operate dialysis equipment, monitor patients, and follow unit protocols to ensure safe, effective treatments.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to NJ health regulations and infection control standards. A High School Diploma, CPR/BLS, and dialysis certification are required; prior PCA/PCT experience is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/BLS is required.
• Dialysis certification is required.
• PCA, PCT, or Dialysis Technician experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs assigned duties under the direction of the Registered Professional Nurse.
• Sets up and operates hemodialysis machine to provide dialysis treatment for patients with kidney failure in keeping with policies and procedures, as well as Federal/State regulations, AAML/OSHA standards, Quality Assurance, safety, environmental and infection control.
• Communicates pertinent patient information to the Registered Nurse throughout the shift and monitors dialysis treatment parameters.
