Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Must be comfortable mixing acid or bicarb.
• Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.
• Health care experience preferred including BONENT Certified, CHT, CNA, CMA, or Phlebotomy certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, supporting dialysis treatments and patient comfort.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and assist the team with setup and cleanup.
• Follow safety protocols, handle equipment, and maintain clean work areas.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance patient care and clinic processes.
• Build trust with patients and work within a multidisciplinary team including RNs and clinicians.
• Flexible scheduling and early start times may apply per clinic needs.
