DaVita is hiring an Advanced Level Dialysis Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You’ll provide direct, hands‑on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment.

The role requires dialysis experience with a CHT/OCDT certification, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work long shifts. You may float between local clinics and work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Hours: Monday - Saturday 3:30am-5:00pm (Unable to accommodate scheduling restrictions at this time)
• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

• Dialysis Experienced with a CHT/OCDT certificatio n
• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
