Job summary

CoxHealth Ozarks Dialysis Clinic in Springfield, MO is seeking a Dialysis Technician to support patient care under guidance from a licensed nurse. You will set up patients and equipment, monitor vitals, and ensure proper treatment delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred CNA/phlebotomy or other medical experience. Attention to detail, communication, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA, phlebotomy or other medical experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills are required.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow CMS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a licensed nurse, monitor patients during dialysis treatment.
• Set up patients and dialysis equipment for procedures.
• Monitor vitals throughout treatment and complete required documentation.
