Job summary

CoxHealth in Monett, MO is seeking a Dialysis Technician to assist in patient care during dialysis sessions. You will set up patients and equipment, monitor vitals, and support the treatment under a licensed nurse's supervision.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma, excellent communication, and basic computer skills; CNA or phlebotomy experience is preferred, with certification expected within 18 months of employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: CNA, phlebotomy, or other medical experience.
• Must attain CHT or CCHT certification within 18 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a licensed nurse, monitor patients during dialysis treatment.
• Set up patients and equipment and monitor vitals throughout treatment.
• Complete treatment as prescribed and maintain patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist in routine tasks as needed.
