Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Dialysis Technician to operate hemodialysis machines and deliver patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to regulations, and effective communication with the care team.

You will participate in staffing and quality initiatives, supporting a culture of patient-centered care across our New Jersey facilities. A current CPR/BLS and dialysis certification are required, with high school education as minimum.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Dialysis certification required.
• PCA/PCT or dialysis technician experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Operates hemodialysis machines to provide patient dialysis per policies and regulations.
• Completes assignments within scheduled time periods with minimal supervision.
• Communicates pertinent patient information to the Registered Nurse throughout the shift.
• Adapts work schedule to meet unit needs and equity in staffing; willing to float as needed.
• Maintains safety, infection control, and QA standards and participates in quality improvement.
