Job summary

Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a full-time Dialysis Technician II to join the Federal Way East Kidney Center. The role provides hands-on hemodialysis workflow, including setup, patient connections, monitoring, and post-treatment tasks.

You’ll train to become a Dialysis Technician in 8+ weeks, with support toward professional goals. The position requires a high school diploma and offers comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for growth and cross-site support in a not-for-profit healthcare

Qualifications

• Proof of High School Diploma (or GED)
• Preference for education in science field
• Prior phlebotomy or direct patient care experience and BLS
• BLS certification required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hemodialysis setup and operation
• Monitor treatment and disconnect patients after completion
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of dialysis equipment and environment
• Float to other clinics as needed to ensure patient care
