Job summary

Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Dialysis Technician II for our SeaTac Dialysis Center. This full-time (.9 FTE), 4 x 9-hour evening shift (2:00 PM–11:30 PM) position offers training and career growth in a leading outpatient dialysis provider.

The role supports patient care under RN supervision, performing hemodialysis tasks and maintaining equipment, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: education in the science field.
• Preferred: prior direct patient care experience.
• Preferred: prior phlebotomy experience.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Set up dialysis machines and connect patients to equipment.
• Monitor treatment and disconnect patient after completion.
• Clean and reprocess dialyzer; handle dialysis chemicals safely.
• Refer problems to supervising staff and communicate with patients and families.
• Float to other clinics as needed to maintain safe patient care.
