Job summary

Health Systems Management, Inc. is seeking a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT/CHT) for full-time roles in Winston-Salem and Mocksville, NC. This position involves operating dialysis machines, providing patient care under RN guidance, and maintaining strict safety and infection control standards.

Qualified applicants must hold a valid CCHT/CHT certification and a high school diploma, with the ability to work 36–40 hours weekly, including mornings/evenings and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CCHT/CHT certification.
• High School Diploma required.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the hemodialysis machine.
• Greet patients and collect treatment details.
• Prepare vascular access and monitor dialysis treatment.
• Record vital signs and document in patient medical records.
• Handle emergencies and maintain infection control.
