Rendevor Dialysis is seeking a certified clinical hemodialysis technician (CCHT) to join our post-acute medical unit. You will deliver dialysis care to patients, monitor parameters, and document results while adhering to HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• National CCHT certification is required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One year of clinical home hemodialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, efficient hemodialysis treatment per procedures.
• Monitors vital signs and records dialysis parameters.
• Ensures infection control policies are followed and safety checks are completed.
• Prepares treatment area and daily logs for each shift.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Communicates clearly with team and patients; documents accurately.
