The candidate should have RN licensure, BLS, and 1+ year nephrology experience, with strong documentation, communication, and scheduling skills. On-site leadership and on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year nephrology nursing experience
• Basic computer skills including MS Word/Outlook and familiarity with MS Excel/PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervise a dialysis team
• Coordinate nursing care and services for dialysis patients in LTAC
• Maintain thorough documentation of delivered care
• Participate in program QA meetings and staff training
• Oversee scheduling and on-call rotations
• Communicate with Nephrologist and Program Manager
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies
