Job summary

Kindred Hospital Dallas Central and ARU is seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide professional care for patients requiring renal replacement therapy. You will work under the Dialysis Program Manager or Dialysis Supervisor to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include managing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, supervising staff, documenting findings, and coordinating with nephrologists.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Two+ years of RN experience.
• At least 1 year of dialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide patient care for adult and geriatric patients per physician orders.
• Supervise and direct dialysis care teams and coordinate with hospital staff.
• Document assessments, vital signs, treatments in EMR and reports.
• Manage dialysis orders, safety checks, and medication administration.
• Mentor teammates and serve as a resource for the unit.
