Responsibilities

• Performs dialysis treatments and maintains proficiency in required skills.
• Provides oversight and delegation to department staff.
• Ensures compliance with water room equipment operation and safety standards.
• Documents in patient records per policy and maintains regulatory readiness.
• Coordinates patient care with Medical Director, nephrologist, families and other staff.
• Educates patients and families about dialysis processes and self-care.
