Qualifications

• Certified Hemodialysis Nurse (CHN) or related dialysis certifications preferred upon hire.
• Dialysis experience or home dialysis training experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs dialysis treatments and maintains proficiency in procedures.
• Provides oversight and delegation to department staff.
• Ensures compliance with water room equipment operations and safety standards.
• Documents in patient records per policy; complies with CMS/ESRD standards.
• Educates patients and families about dialysis care and home training.
