Job summary

• Evaluates patient care and adjusts plans based on changing conditions and outcomes.
• Maintains safe care environment by following infection-control and medication procedures.
• Documents patient care services in patient and department records.
• Keeps care supplies and equipment ready; performs maintenance and fills stock as needed.
• Upholds organizational CARE standards and works effectively in a team.
