Job summary
Dialysis Clinic Inc. in Burlington, MA is hiring a Dialysis Registered Nurse for in-center hemodialysis. New graduate nurses are welcomed; no prior dialysis experience required as comprehensive training and development are provided.
The role operates in a collaborative clinic team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. You will supervise dialysis treatments, monitor patients, administer medications, ensure infection control, participate in rounds, and coordinate with hospitals to maintain
Qualifications
- A Degree from an accredited Nursing Program is required. (ASN/BSN)
- Must possess and maintain a current RN license or be NCLEX-ready
- Maintains CPR certification and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per policy and procedures
- Ensure machines and products are prepped and meet quality standards
- Monitor patients for emergent changes and communicate with physicians/families
- Administer and chart prescribed pre/intra/post dialysis medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
- Educate patients to ensure ESRD network and CMS compliance
- Collaborate with staff to maintain inventory and supply levels
- Coordinate with local hospitals to ensure continuity of care
