Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a New Nurse Graduate to join our patient care team. No dialysis experience is needed as we offer a 3-month comprehensive education program, classroom sessions, and hands-on skills training.

You will monitor patients, set up dialysis machines, and contribute to education and care planning. We provide 4 days of 10-hour shifts, Sundays off, and a robust benefits package including training, health coverage, retirement matching, PTO, and education

Qualifications

  • Accredited nursing degree required.
  • Dialysis experience not required, job shadow opportunities available.
  • New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor patients during dialysis and communicate changes with physician and families.
  • Prepare dialysis machine and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards.
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing patient education and health coaching, including documentation.
  • Administer medications under supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
