Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Dialysis Unit, serving infants to adolescents with peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, and CRRT. The role emphasizes patient education and collaborative care within a busy, highly regulated pediatric nephrology program.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, at least 1 year of RN experience, and Massachusetts RN licensure. Work is 40 hours weekly with 10-hour shifts, on-call overnight once weekly and rotating Sunday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience; dialysis experience preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis care across inpatient units and outpatient settings.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis and care plans.
• Collaborate with dietitians, social workers, pharmacy, and other team members.
