Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• ACLS required within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred; assistance offered to obtain it.
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients needing hemodialysis.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct assessments, and create care plans.
• Build rewarding relationships with patients addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Educate nursing staff on dialysis care, equipment, and standards.
