Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeview in Radcliff, KY, is seeking a Hemodialysis RN to deliver patient-centered care in our dialysis suite. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for kidney disease patients.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, assessment, and education for staff and patients, with opportunities for professional growth in a nationally recognized rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (we can help you obtain it).
• Minimum 6 months dialysis nursing experience.
• 1 year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients needing hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery.
• Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment, and standards of care.
