Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeview is seeking a Hemodialysis RN to provide direct patient care in our dialysis unit. You will supervise treatments, perform assessments, and create individualized care plans to support patient recovery.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN preferred (we can help you obtain it).
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervise care and treatments, perform assessments, and develop care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and address physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery.
• Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards of care.
