Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in New York is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a cross-functional team under a Charge Nurse.

You will supervise Patient Care Technicians and deliver high-quality dialysis care, including patient assessments and medication administration as ordered by physicians. Applicants should hold a current nursing license in the state and have 1+ years of nursing experience; dialysis experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in dialysis setting.
• Document and assess patients before and after treatments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and administer medications per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and ensure staffing requirements are met.
• Adhere to company policies and state/federal regulations; participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
