Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to patients with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESRD) in Naples, FL. You will be the front line of patient care, building strong relationships with patients and their families.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in the state, plus BLS/CPR certification; ADN/BSN or a diploma may substitute. Dialysis or critical care experience is preferred but not required. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; BSN or 3-year diploma may substitute.
• Current RN license in the state of practice and BLS/CPR certification.
• Dialysis, ICU/CCU/ER or Med Surg experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to ESRD patients as frontline nurse.
• Foster relationships with patients and families to support care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to coordinate treatment.
