Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for patients with ESRD in a leading dialysis setting. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with patients and families, delivering high-quality care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include an RN license, ADN/BSN (or 3-year diploma), BLS/CPR, and compliance with state licensing. Dialysis or critical care experience is preferred but not mandatory, and IRC offers a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Three year diploma may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
