Job summary

Innovative Renal Care seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to ESRD patients and to strengthen bonds with patients and families. You will be on the front line of patient care, supporting treatment plans and coordinating with the care team.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN/BSN with Florida RN licensure, current BLS/CPR, and dialysis or acute care experience is preferred. IRC offers competitive pay and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice (Florida).
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families as a frontline caregiver.
• Coordinate with the care team to support treatment plans and patient needs.
