Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Hemodialysis RN to deliver direct patient care in our dialysis suite within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will assess patients, plan and coordinate treatments, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and improve outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring current RN licensure, CPR, ACLS within 1 year, and dialysis experience; CRRN is preferred. Join a values-driven, collaborative environment focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (If you don't have it, we can help you to obtain it!).
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year inpatient hospital setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervise care and treatments, perform assessments, create individualized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build rewarding relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery.
• Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment, and standards of care.
