Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred; assistance offered to obtain.
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans.
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards.

Education

RN license

CPR certification

ACLS within 1 year of hire

CRRN certification preferred

Dialysis nursing experience (6 months)

Inpatient hospital experience (1 year) preferred
