Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Hemodialysis RN to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide direct patient care to dialysis patients, supervise treatments, and develop personalized care plans to improve outcomes.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment and grow professionally through ongoing education and training. Ideal candidates have RN licensure, CPR, ACLS within 1 year, and dialysis nursing experience, with preference for CRRN certification.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (assistance to obtain available).
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and educate staff on hemodialysis care and equipment.
