Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Heritage Valley is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to deliver and coordinate patient care in the dialysis unit. You will supervise care under nursing leadership and contribute to interdisciplinary planning while supporting post-hospitalization education for patients and families.

The role requires an active RN license in Pennsylvania, current BLS, and ACLS certification (ACLS preferred now and required after 90 days; ACLS from day 1 for higher‑acuity roles).

Qualifications

• RN license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment.
• ACLS is required from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.
• Certification through the NNCC is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise dialysis patient care.
• Coordinate nursing plan, discharge planning and patient teaching.
• Oversee dialysis treatments as ordered by physicians.
