Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the West Temple Dialysis Center in Salt Lake City, UT. This full-time role (36 hours weekly) involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, using evidence-based practice and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start date.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status; collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develops individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: Directs care via delegation and coordination while managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate: Evaluates response to interventions and revises the plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintains ethical standards, documentation accuracy, and compliance with licensure.
