Logan Dialysis Center in Logan, Utah is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the dialysis setting. Strong nursing fundamentals and teamwork are essential.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants must hold an RN license and BLS; BSN is preferred as of the latest update.

Formación

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN preferred; BSN required per update (as of 4/27/2025).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsabilidades

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Plan individualized care in collaboration with patient, family, and team.
• Implement care, coordinating with interdisciplinary team and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan as needed.
• Uphold professionalism, documentation, and licensure standards.
