U.S. Renal Care in Weymouth, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a cross-functional care team focused on dialysis treatment.

You will provide safe, high-quality patient care, perform assessments before and after treatments, and monitor patients under physician orders. You will collaborate with PCTs and other clinicians, ensure staffing requirements are met in compliance with state regulations, and participate in ongoing safety, quality, and education activities to improve kidney care

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment and complete/ document physical assessments before and after treatments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and administer medications according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and ensure staffing requirements are met per regulations.
