U.S. Renal Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support 20-30 hours per week in a dialysis setting.

You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, monitor treatment, and administer medications under physician orders, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and supervising PCTs as needed. The role requires a current nursing license, color vision, and prior nursing (preferably dialysis) experience.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and complete/ document physical assessments before and after treatments; monitor patients during treatment and administer medications per physician orders.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver patient care; ensure staffing requirements meet state regulations under the Administrator's guidance.
• Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings while adhering to company policies and all laws and regulations.
