Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a PRN Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations, while performing hands-on patient care and leading the dialysis team.

You will provide direct hemodialysis care, monitor treatments, educate patients on renal health, and collaborate with physicians to coordinate care and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and educate patients on renal health.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians, supervise their performance, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure accurate documentation of interventions and outcomes.
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care, report critical lab results, and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records, ensure timely completion of care plans, and adhere to safety and regulatory protocols.
