Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State RN license (or Compact) is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in any area.
• Minimum 3 months dialysis experience required.
• Must pass Ishihara color vision test.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and patient education.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and delegate tasks as needed.
• Monitor treatment, adjust plans, and document outcomes.
