Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a PRN Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy and regulations. The role involves direct hemodialysis care, patient assessments, medication administration, and educating patients on renal health and self-care.

You will lead dialysis technicians, delegate tasks, monitor patient responses, adjust treatment plans, document interventions, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safe, continuous care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the state.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum of three months dialysis experience required.
• BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and patient education.
• Assess patients, administer medications, and monitor status.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and delegate tasks.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety/compliance.
