This role requires accurate assessments, medication administration per orders, and adherence to state staffing policies. You will participate in staff meetings and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment to patients.
• Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and review medication profiles monthly.
• Administer medications according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet staffing requirements under the Administrator's guidance.
