Qualifications

• RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; licensure must be active or reinstated per state rules.
• One year of dialysis or acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality hemodialysis treatments across inpatient settings.
• Perform and monitor hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis therapies; assess response.
• Use clinical judgment to recognize changes in patient condition and intervene.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis treatments and ongoing care.
