Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis team in California. You will provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment, perform pre- and post-treatment assessments, monitor patients during sessions, and participate in medication review workflows.

You will work with a cross-functional team, supervising Patient Care Technicians and ensuring staffing levels meet state regulations while upholding company policies and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during dialysis, ensuring safety and comfort with high-quality treatment.
• Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments and monitor patients during procedures.
• Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and manage staffing requirements under Administrator guidance, in line with state regulations.
