Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our cross-functional team, under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, and to assist Patient Care Technicians in caring for patients with kidney disease.

You'll perform secure, high-quality dialysis treatment, complete pre- and post-treatment assessments, monitor patients, and review medication profiles in coordination with physicians. You’ll also help ensure staffing levels meet state requirements and participate in education sessions.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and document pre-/post-treatment assessments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and ensure comfort and safety.
• Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan care and ensure staffing per state regulations.
