Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dover is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to deliver and supervise care for patients with acute or chronic kidney failure. You will apply the nursing process and coordinate interdisciplinary plans for each patient.

The role requires an active RN license in Delaware and BLS certification; ACLS is preferred initially and required after 90 days. NNCC certification is preferred but not required, and you may assume Charge Nurse duties when assigned to support

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you are applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment.
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.
• NNCC certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise care to patients admitted to the nursing unit using the nursing process.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including discharge planning and family teaching.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties as assigned.
