Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting RNs to provide specialized nursing care in in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. The role emphasizes patient safety, education, and high-quality outcomes within a nonprofit setting.

Schedule features three 10-hour shifts starting at 5:30am, Sundays off, and no overnight shifts. Training is paid with a preceptor, and a full benefits package is offered to eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and supplies per standards.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per policies.
• Provide ongoing patient education and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and communicate changes to physician/families.
• Administer and chart prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance; support onboarding of new staff.
