Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Hillsboro is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Technician to join the dialysis health care team under RN supervision. You will assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, monitor patient vitals, and maintain safety and cleanliness of the unit.

Responsibilities include evaluating vascular access, recording data, and supporting CQI and staff education to ensure high-quality patient care. A high school diploma and PCT certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• PCT national certification or state-specific certification.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor vital signs and record treatment data.
• Evaluate vascular access and provide interventions as needed.
• Maintain infection control andCQI activities.
• Support training and education of staff and patients.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility.
