Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide patient education on adequacy measures and dialysis concepts.
• Prepare and operate hemodialysis machines and monitor treatment parameters.
• Assess vascular access, cannulate, and manage anticoagulation as directed.
• Record vital signs, treatment data, and documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with RN and clinical team on CQI and infection control.
• Support training and onboarding of direct-care staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean facility environment and assist with equipment prep.
